Refund policy for SaaS subscriptions and platform services
eCommerceX provides digital SaaS access, website builder tools, templates, setup resources, and platform services. Because these services are digital and access-based, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
General no-refund policy
Payments made to eCommerceX are generally non-refundable once paid. This includes subscription fees, renewals, setup fees, template access, platform activation, customization work, digital service charges, and any other paid SaaS access.
Since platform resources, digital access, infrastructure, and support capacity are made available immediately after payment, we cannot reverse or refund a completed payment simply because a user changes their mind, stops using the service, or no longer needs the account.

Please review plan details, features, limitations, pricing, and business requirements before making payment. If you are unsure which plan is suitable, contact our team before purchasing.
Subscription cancellation
You may choose not to renew your subscription for the next billing period. Cancellation or non-renewal stops future access according to the applicable plan terms, but it does not create a refund for payments already completed.
Exceptional review
In rare cases, eCommerceX may review a billing issue, duplicate payment, technical mistake, or unauthorized transaction claim. Any adjustment, credit, or refund decision is fully at the discretion of eCommerceX and may require proof, verification, and internal review.
Third-party fees
Payment gateway fees, domain fees, hosting-related third-party charges, SMS/WhatsApp/communication costs, and integration charges may be non-refundable once processed or allocated.
